Situated in a small hamlet which ends at a river which plunges down the valley wall in a series of waterfalls, a cycle from a bar, but a short drive from any other amenities, this old stone house is used for holidays, so, easy to use while you plan your expansion. Into the house, we have a big hallway, with all the accommodation, off to the left. The kitchen is tiled with a BIG fireplace and to its rear we have a bedroom of around 15m² with a window to the garden. Beyond the kitchen we have a big sitting room of around 20m² with another huge fireplace, exposed beams and tiled floor and there is a basic bathroom to its rear.
The hall has a stair up to an attic of around 80m², a couple of pretty low beams will make conversion here, “interesting”, but possible (DO NOT spend too much on this!). Outside we have a lovely old bread oven building of around 30m² and a mature garden with lots of fruit trees of 1500m².
