The landing has another good quality bathroom and finally we come to a fantastic big, bright sitting room (about 30m²) with huge windows, fantastic parquet floor and a little fireplace in a cosy nook.

Up the heavy oak stair and we come to a quite large double landing – big enough to hold a bed on one side and perhaps an office on the other side. Two bedrooms are situated at each end of the landing, each have big windows and plenty of cupboard space.

The garden is gorgeous and the river is particularly attractive. This is a really interesting proposition – two houses both in very good condition plus that garden and only a walk into the centre of town for the market!
