Situated in a very pretty little hamlet about 2 miles from a village with shops, café, bakers etc., this is a really comfortable little cottage which you will be able to use, straightaway. Over the front courtyard, we enter the glazed conservatory of 10m², and from there into the house proper. The main room is around 30m² with a kitchen corner and fireplace. From the main room a hall takes us to the first bedroom of round 12m² and a large, new, shower room with WC and plenty of room for washing machine etc.
Up the new pine stair we have a second bedroom with a low beam – but very pretty, of 10m² and a very, very small bedroom. There is a field over the lane of around 3000m² and the courtyard is a lovely outside space, very comfortable to sit out in at around 15m², and you have the conservatory, too. Quite a busy (and big) hamlet, so a lovely place for a holiday / retirement home.
