Situated within a short walk of all amenities and the market square, but also only 200m from open country, this 1950’s build is in very good condition indeed – though dated! The entrance is at the rear where we have a big garden and a terraced area. Into the house we have a hall with the small shower room to the left and the WC to the right. At the end of the hall we have, on the right, a semi-fitted (very dated) kitchen of around 10m² with a double door to the diner of 22m² which has superb parquet, which then has a double door into the sitting room of 20m² with French windows out onto a balcony which leads down to the garage.
Lovely and bright even on the rather grim January day I visited! From the diner a hall runs down to 3 bedrooms all of around 12m² – all gorgeous parquet, all double glazed and all with electric shutters – good quality stuff. A lift (!) takes us down from the kitchen to the laundry, boiler room and large garage with very large workshop.
Outside the garden is about 750m² with a rather cute garden shed masquerading as a pigeonniere – cool! Well worth a look – this is a great house, let down by the kitchen and bathroom.
