Situated in a small village with shop, bar / resto and tea rooms, this is a cottage that has been lived in, until recently (read on!). Just behind the church, we find a cul-de-sac where this house is the first in the arc. Into the main front door (of three), we find a basic kitchen of around 12m², to the right we have a bedroom of 12m² and, to the left a corridor, past another bedroom of 12m² with its own front door, on, to a basic washing / WC rea (no shower but WC plumbed into mains drains) – loads of big beams and interesting features!. Past this area we enter the barn area, easily converted, where we have another front door out to a terrace shaded by the cherry tree.
Upstairs we have attic space which has not been inspected, but would convert into 2 bedrooms if required.
Opposite the barn we have a garage with attic, and just at the end of the cul-de-sac, before hitting open country there is an orchard area of 500m² with chicken run. Easy to use, obviously a shower would be a priority, but, that is easily done – the rest is something to think about over the next couple of years, and the neighbours were simply lovely – this could be fun!!
